Introduction What does quality mean in the context of education? According to Adam (1993), many definitions of quality in education exist, testifying to the complexity and multifaceted nature of the concept. We argue that based on the key finding that will be presented today New Zealand comprehends that the term efficiency, effectiveness, and quality are what it’s providing its citizens.
